Some lovely clients of mine had been on the search for their perfect home, for a LONG time. They sold their home in June and March 1, moved into their new home.

Over the summer we put in numerous offers, but were outbid during the onslaught of offers.

We all persevered and they ended up with exactly what felt right to them. Now I think they're happy none of the others worked out. This was a journey to be sure, and one we all learned from. Sometimes things just take time to line up just right!

Oh, Happy Day! My buyers just closed on this beauty of a home on almost 7.5 acres. I'm wishing them many happy years here, as they work toward future goals.
