This closing is exactly that.

My buyer fell in love with this home, but it went under contract during our showing. We kept searching, but when the original buyer backed out, we got a second chance.
We wrote a contingent offer based on selling her current home before it was even listed, and everything came together beautifully. She sold her home and just closed on the retirement home she’d been dreaming about all along.
