Beautiful evening at the Inn Over Our Heads…66 degrees with a nice cool breeze — on August 3rd in Alabama! Where did this awesome weather come from? We’ll take the rain for temps like this. The hummingbirds obviously like it too — at least 30 of them buzzing around our feeders this afternoon. Looks like they’re starting to call it a night now, though. Must be time for me to whip up a nice Rye Old Fashioned with Jeff Dugas’ Dread River Rye!
