🏡 JUST SOLD! 🏡

Congratulations to my seller client on the sale of his home! This was definitely an interesting listing and transaction from start to finish.

My seller lives in Florida and inherited this home from his mother a couple of years ago. Since the home was vacant, there were several things to take care of to get it ready to sell. I coordinated having everything inside the home removed, arranged for a plumber when we had toilet leaks, and stopped by weekly to check on the home and make sure everything was okay.

I listed the home in June, and just five weeks later we were under contract! Two months after listing, we officially closed. The buyer was able to obtain an FHA 203(k) rehab loan to purchase the home and make the needed repairs and updates.

Congratulations to the buyer! I hope they enjoy the home, make it their own, create new memories, and bring this home back to life.

Just a reminder as we start this new week: you don’t have to have everything figured out.

Sometimes we get so focused on where we want to be that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve already come. Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Everyone’s path looks different, and God’s timing is different for each of us.

Give yourself grace. Some days you’ll move forward quickly, and other days, simply getting through the day is enough.

Keep taking those small steps. Keep trusting God. Keep believing that better days are ahead.

You may not be where you want to be yet, but you’re not where you used to be either.

Keep going. You’ve got this!

🎉 Congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of their new home! 🏡

My client got a great home in a great location, and I couldn’t be happier for him and his family as they begin this next chapter. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, and closing was delayed a few days due to financing, but thankfully, we were able to work through everything and get it DONE! There’s nothing better than seeing everything come together and handing over the keys at the end of the process.

But remember, a difficult road doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong road. Sometimes the roughest roads teach us the greatest lessons and make us stronger along the way.

You may have to slow down, take a detour, or stop for a moment to catch your breath, but don’t give up. Keep moving forward, even if it’s one small step at a time.

You may not know what’s waiting around the next curve, but keep going. The road ahead may lead you somewhere better than you ever imagined.
