A Day in the Life of a Realtor 🏡

Today was a busy day with a little bit of unexpected craziness thrown in!

I have been working on getting a new listing ready for the MLS the past two days which meant measuring rooms, getting mail, and meeting the plumber over there this morning to check out a leak—which he found and is going to repair.

Since the seller lives in Florida, I've been keeping an eye on the property and coordinating with several vendors, including junk removal, landscaping, and plumbing services. For my out-of-state sellers, I strive to care for their homes as if they were my own, helping make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while they are miles away.

It’s now 8:30pm and I’m still working on getting this listing entered into the MLS.

A lot goes on behind the scenes before a home ever hits the market, but it's all worth it to help my sellers put their best foot forward! 🏡✨
