Debra is an amazing real estate agent. She helped me to find and buy my dream home. Debra is the best. She helped us to understand what we needed in a property and what was really important to us. She took the time to get to know us and went the extra mile always. She is also very responsive and walked us through each step and what to expect at each phase. With her knowledge of the area she knew about potential challenges with wells and other factors. Her negotiation skills were top notch and she had a very pragmatic approach with the seller and seller agent.

"Debra was the best, most professional, knowledgeable and caring realtor with whom we've dealt throughout our many years of purchasing and selling real estate. In preparation for selling our home and property, she distributed a "preview" of our listing to other realtors in the area a couple weeks ahead of it going live on MLS. As a result, before the house was ever officially listed, we received and accepted a full price offer (nearly $1.2 million) that was the perfect deal for us in every way, but particularly time-wise. She was in constant contact either by phone, text or in person throughout the entire process, answering all our questions and concerns...in short she is an excellent communicator! As my husband and I are both in poor health, she arranged to have the title company come to our home for the closing! She even helped us find the perfect home for the stray cat we'd been feeding over the years so she wouldn't be abandoned when we moved away.
