A year ago, The Hot Loft was an empty room and a big idea.

Now it’s where people leave a little sweatier, a little stronger, and somehow already friends with the person on the next mat.

Lorissa and her team built something real here. The instructors who took a chance early. The regulars who brought a friend. Everyone who posted, signed up, or just peeked in to see what was happening. It all added up fast. Fast enough that they’ve already had to buy heavier weights.

Tuesday, October 27 marks one year. The actual day the doors first opened.

Take a class that day and you’ll walk out with a scratch-off ticket. A few of them are good for a free month.

At 4pm, the Salem Chamber joins for the ribbon cutting.

Then from 6 to 8pm, the celebration moves to Noira for cake and ch*****ne. You're invited. They just want a glass poured for each of you, so RSVP through the link in bio at \The Hot Loft • Salem, Oregon Fitness.

The building has been feeling a little enchanted lately. We’re choosing not to question it.

Friday, Bonzai hands you a pumpkin and a knife and calls it a contest. 6 to 9pm. Bring your best work, or at least your most confident.

Saturday, Bridal Glitter & Glam opens its doors for the first time. Noon to 6. Ch*****ne energy, all afternoon.

Sunday, Studio Roux and Petals the Bouquet Bar trade candlelight for cinnamon brooms. Florals, natural elements, a little magic. You leave with a besom that’s entirely your own. Starting at 2pm

Three nights. One building. Plan accordingly.

Pitch Willamette is tomorrow at Cellar 54. Local businesses will pitch to a panel of investors, founders will share their stories, and the afternoon ends with drinks and networking.
