We offer professional Radon Testing & Mitigation, Radon System Inspections & Repairs for residential and commercial buildings with the highest guarantee available! Our Basic Radon Mitigation System, Crawlspace Systems and our Custom Designed Systems are all installed with quality material, UV rated fans to resist yellowing, and if applicable are insulated to prevent condensation damage. Our Radon

Mitigation Maintenance Package includes an inspection of your radon mitigation system and a radon test every two years. Joints will be checked for integrity, the fan will be checked for proper performance, slab and foundation cracks will be inspected and sealed again as necessary. Our Radon Inspection & Repairs Package includes an inspection of your existing system and repairs to failing fans and/or other parts. Defective older fans are replaced with a new RadonAway Fan that carries a 5 year warranty. We will upgrade older installed systems from faded yellow fans and pipe vent lines to new low profile UV rated fans and pipe or aluminum downspout material for a more attractive look and better resale value. WE ARE HIRING! STARTING AT $20/HR - Serious Inquiries Only!
Virginia Radon Systems is looking for sub-contractors, part-time and full-time radon mitigation assistant/installer with advancement opportunities. Work week will be known 1-2 weeks in advance with the option to take on additional hours/installs as they come in. Looking for evening or weekend work? Contact us to discuss your unique schedule needs.
Experience with construction and power tools required. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working with heights up to 25 feet, be able to work in tight crawlspaces and attics, work in all types of weather and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires being comfortable with the potential of working alone if needed.
Pay is based on experience, performance and efficiency with an average starting pay of $20 an hour plus daily bonuses. Experienced assistants/installers have the option for Pay For Performance and will be paid a fixed amount per install - the faster and more efficient, the better the pay per hour. Assistants have the opportunity to grow and become lead installers.
Absolutely NO smokers! This job exposes you to radon, the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer. Respirators and ventilation of work area are required during mitigations.
Applicants must pass a background search, drug test and have a driver's license.

Having been in the construction industry since 1989 and owning VA Radon Systems since 2005, I can honestly say that I love working in the radon industry! From educating real estate professionals to interacting with homeowners, I enjoy every bit of it. Some days are easy with radon testing and some days are hard repairing systems and/or doing full mitigation installs. But at the end of every day...I sleep well knowing another home and another homeowner is safe!✌️
