Congrats to my buyer on their new purchase! We managed to get the seller to pay for all of my buyers closing costs, $6k of other upgrades and repairs, plus a home warranty. This is almost $17,000 in credits to my buyer! This house has good bones and will just need some updating to bring it back to life. I cannot wait to see the before and after. Should be moved in by Christmas and I cannot think of a better Christmas gift!

Wow that one was a Doozy!! Pivot turn was the name of the game on this transaction but we did it! We had to get creative as this is definitely not your normal sale. It felt like hitting brick wall after brick wall at times, yes there was tears 😂. Selling these farms is not for the weak, it certainly makes selling everything else feel like a peace of cake after this! It's bittersweet for my seller as this was a child hood home but it's time for the new owners to make memories. I hear they have horses! 🐎
