First closing of the year, and this one was truly an HONOR!

When your AmeriTitle rep trusts you enough to refer her parents, after they had worked with three different Agents on the same piece of property since 2017, that means everything to me!

This property had been overpriced multiple times, and the biggest challenge was confirming whether it was even a buildable lot. Doing the homework matters!

The sellers and I partnered closely with the County, gathered the right information, and secured septic approval. Because of the work and diligence, we got this lot SOLD in under 6 months.

This transaction is the perfect example of why choosing the right Agent from the start is crucial for a successful closing!
