Who remembers Gill’s Clothing Store in downtown Salem?

My grandpa, Ed Gill, opened the store in 1951 and served the Salem community there for 42 years. It was more than just a clothing store—it was a place where people stopped in to visit, catch up, and support a local business.

Growing up hearing stories about the store reminds me how special this community is. Today, I’m proud to serve the same community as a real estate agent, helping families buy and sell homes here in Salem.
