This one was such a fun transaction. I had the opportunity to represent both the seller and buyer, which made it even more special. I had the pleasure of helping Mrs. Jody, my friend's grandmother, with the sale of her land, and along the way I got to make a new friend in Mr. Frank.

This one really hit home for me. Uncle Roger and Aunt Pam are like family to me. I moved in across the street from them when I was just 6 years old, and 18 years later I’ve had the honor of helping them sell their home.
