I firmly believe this fall there will be some relief. Sellers are ready to sell a home that they bought during COVID with a 3% mortgage and Buyers are ready buy a home of their choice. Now we need rates to moderate. Although rates are historically low-average, Buyers keep hoping for a sub-4% rate that I honestly think will not happen.
