This 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo has character, history, a garage, and even barn loft space — and somehow, it could not be more perfect for my buyer.

The funniest part? My buyer never stepped foot inside before buying it! Not necessarily something I would recommend but we made it work!

This was a true long-distance purchase, filled with showings alongside her son, FaceTime calls, trust, teamwork, and a lot of joyful laughter along the way. My buyer is an absolute gem, and I could not be more excited for her as she begins this next chapter.

Gone in a flash. ✨

A charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in Bradford area of Haverhill, with cozy character, an open feel, natural light, and the kind of thoughtful craftsmanship you can’t fake.

My sellers poured so much care into this home — including custom woodworking and upgrades done with true pride of ownership. It was the perfect place to begin, and now it’s becoming exactly that for its next owner.

When the buyer saw the Dylan poster, there was this instant “yep, this feels right” moment. Real estate is numbers, timing, and strategy and ‘like a rolling stone’ this home didn’t sit for long. 😉

A few short years ago, I had the joy of helping these sellers find this beautiful home. Since then, they poured so much love, care, and effort into making it truly their own — so I’ll admit, I was surprised when they called to say it was time to sell.

But sometimes life opens a door you just can’t ignore. With a new job opportunity and the chance to be closer to family in Minnesota, this move became a calling. 💫

After a long search across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, my client has officially found home at 24 Farrwood Drive in Haverhill, MA. 🏡✨

This one felt extra special because it was truly a collaborative effort. My colleague helped her sell her home in Maine, and together we worked to help her navigate the next chapter here in our southern regions.
