This afternoon’s inspection was in a DR Horton neighborhood.
As I was pulling my ladder from the Bug Eye Mobile, I spotted one of the head DR Horton guys walking towards me. I thought, on no, he is mad about something I called out one of my reports. I’m gonna get yelled at.
Turns out, he likes what he has seen in my reports. He mentioned that he liked my attention to detail. He wanted my info so he can hire me to inspect his house. He said another company inspected the house when he moved in, but he wanted to see what I’d find.
I’ll see if he schedules.
