Sometimes the best deals start on the pickleball court.

I had buyers who had been on my radar for a while — not actively searching, just waiting for the right thing. Then a friend I play pickleball with mentioned she was listing her house the following week. I asked where she lived. Turns out, it was exactly the kind of home my buyers had been hoping for.

She already had a listing agent, so I called her directly, got my buyers in before the home hit the market, and we submitted an offer. Under contract before it ever went public — a win for everyone involved.

My buyers are moving into a neighborhood they've been wanting to get into for years. My seller got a smooth, pre-market sale. And next week I'll be listing my buyers' current home.
