We will have an opening on December 1. This is a one bedroom apartment, and the rent is $925. The only utility bill is electric. We allow one good dog or cat per apartment, and a maximum of two people. This is a non smoking property.

This is a quiet, mellow area, and we like quiet, mellow people.

Just a friendly reminder that we are having an open house today from 2 pm to 4 pm. We have 3 apartments left, so if you are interested in renting one, I strongly encourage you to stop by today. If you want to see our project and don't want an apartment, I also suggest you stop by. This may be the last chance you will have to see inside our new apartments.

Today we are getting stripes in the parking lot, installing laundry equipment, staining a fence, and hopefully the post office will come by and bless our mailbox. Central Colorado Telecom is finishing their installation as well. We have 3 units left. Stop by Saturday between 2:00 and 4:00 if you want to snag one, or if you would like to see what we have built.

Have you been thinking about renting an apartment at the BlueJay? If so, you should act now. We only have four apartments left. You can find more information at bluejaysalida.com. I will be here at 1030 J Street between 2 and 4 pm.

All of our apartments have 1 bedroom and the rent is $900 per month. If you sign a year lease, this month is free. We collect a security deposit and last month's rent, which comes to $1,800. We have two wheelchair accessible apartments left.

If you are interested in applying, please download an application on our website and fill it out before you arrive. (I will have copies on hand, so if you are not able to download one, I will have some for you.) We do a credit and background check on each adult and that costs $30 per person. Please bring a check for that amount.

We allow one dog per apartment but no other pets. This is a fully non-smoking property. We have a two-person limit per apartment.

If you just want to stop by and say hi and see the apartments, come on by. We are excited to get our little community filled with nice people!
