New roads are in place, core infrastructure is coming together, and our on-site, climate-controlled manufacturing tent is officially part of the landscape - allowing to keep refining the 3D-print process year-round.

What you’re seeing here is more than a construction site. It’s the early framework of a thoughtfully planned community - one built with intention, innovation, and long-term livability in mind, set against the backdrop of the Collegiate Peaks.

Earlier this week, True North - Cleora’s master developers - launched an inspiring new series called Humans of True North, highlighting the people and perspectives driving this project.

The first feature shares a conversation with someone who knows this valley inside and out: Jeff Post. As a fifth generation Salidan, Jeff brings a deep understanding of this place and the history woven through it. His perspective offers meaningful context for how Cleora came to be and how True North is approaching the work ahead.

The season laid its first dusting across the peaks - that quiet nod winter gives before she really settles in. Out here, we’re already doing the snow dance while we wait for to open its lifts. 🏔️

Monarch sits just 20 miles from where I’m growing. Powder mornings, bluebird afternoons, and that wide-open West spirit… adventure like this isn’t a getaway for me - it’s the backyard I was built for. ❄️
