And yeah… it was time.

My old sign got the job done, but it didn’t really say much. It was plain, safe, and honestly kind of boring.

That’s not where I’m at anymore.

The last few years I’ve been grinding, learning, getting better, and pushing myself into bigger opportunities. I’ve been working on residential, commercial, land, and the weird unique properties that don’t always fit in a box.

Why do some homes sit while others get attention right away? Most people want to blame “the market,” and sometimes that’s fair. But a lot of the time, the market isn’t the real problem. The positioning is. Price has to make sense, photos have to create interest, the condition has to match the expectation, and buyers need to understand the value fast. A good listing should answer one question immediately: “Why this house, at this price, right now?” If buyers can’t answer that, they keep scrolling. The market isn’t always the villain. Sometimes the strategy just needs to grow up a little.
