Behind every smooth closing is a little preparation behind the scenes.

One of the things I help my sellers with is gathering the information buyers will need to secure homeowners insurance. It might not sound glamorous, but missing details can slow things down when a buyer is trying to finalize their loan, and nobody wants that.

You know what I love about real estate? It’s never the same day twice, it’s challenging, and rewarding. Tonight on the way home from my oldest child’s band concert I sat between two fussy (but very very cute) babies and wrote out the terms of the competing offers received on my newest listing to present to the sellers, which helps them decide which is best suited for them.

Concerts, cute babies, and contracts….I’ll take it over a 9-5 every day 🙌🏻
