This Closing Day story has a happy ending to a great read.
This story started with some twists and turns during the home buying process but the buyers followed the lead with their team of professionals to help get to the finish line.
Purchasing a home involves talking with a trusted lender to assist you with your credit score and matching your budget with the best product. Then your real estate agent sets up tours of possible properties that match your wish list. Once you find the one, your agent helps the buyer with an offer that can compete against the competition in highly desirable price ranges. So your first choice might not be the one you get when someone can offer better terms for the seller.
