Honestly, it doesn’t feel real. How did the years go by this fast?

When you were little, I couldn’t wait for you to grow up. I wanted to see who you would become, what you would love, where life would take you. I was always looking ahead to the next milestone.

But somewhere along the way, I grew up too. And my older, wiser self has realized just how precious every stage has been.

You were growing up, and I was growing right alongside you. Becoming your mom has shaped me in ways I never could have imagined, and watching you become the young man you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

Now here we are… your senior year. ❤️

I hope this year is filled with laughter, adventure, friendships, unforgettable moments and memories we will both hold dearly for the rest of our lives.

And if I could go back and tell that first-grade version of you one thing, I’d tell him to slow down… because his mom is finally learning to do the same.

I love you more than you’ll ever know. Here’s to your senior year. I’m so proud of you. ❤️

And just like that… it’s the night before seventh grade. 🥹

I can finally take a little break from trying to convince this kid that his body needs something other than Top Ramen, Trader Joe’s Takis and Dubai chocolate to survive. 😂

He says he’s starving, but somehow “real food” is never what he has in mind. Add in way too much screen time, staying up way too late and approximately 4,000 snacks, and I’m pretty sure we’ve officially survived another summer.

Here’s to seventh grade, growing up way too fast, and hopefully discovering that fruits and vegetables actually exist. ❤️

The truth is, this business isn’t easy. Every client, every listing, and every closing is earned. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

If you’ve ever thought about calling me to buy or sell a home but stopped because you figured I was too busy, please don’t. My business is built on relationships, and I will always make time for my friends, family, and the people they send my way.

Had so much fun last night seeing Eric Church at the California Mid State Fair in Paso with our favorite concert buddies, Jen and Erick! We’re definitely running on empty today, but these are the nights that make the best memories. Life is short, so soak it all in, sing a little louder, and remind yourself… you only live once. 🤠🎶❤️
