I was raised in a service oriented family of firefighters in a small Northern Michigan town. So, the nuances of small town charm and dedication to the community and those who reside within it, were instilled in me from the very beginning.
I have lived in the greater Washtenaw/Monroe County area for the past 17 years. With pride, I brought those small town qualities with me when I moved into the area. I have a caring husband, two magnificent boys, and two adorable frenchie babies that I share a home with in Pittsfield Township. I attended Eastern Michigan University where I studied Sports Medicine and currently have a dual bachelors degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology. The desire within me to help my fellow community members has led me into the medical field where I have spent the last 15+ years. I have worked with a wide array of individuals; from athletes, to families with children, and everyone in between. The last 6 years, I have been working within the field of organ donation. I feel that my upbringing, training, and previous work experience have all prepared me for the fast paced, high stress, people oriented work of organ donation. Being a Transplant Coordinator has allowed me the opportunity to help save many lives and afforded me the opportunity to gain many useful skills. Being able to work closely alongside doctors, nurses, patients, and other coordinators has taught me several invaluable skills that I believe translate very well into my real estate career.
