Idk about ya’ll but I am exhausted.. 😅 Last month I did over $2M in closed transactions, making the list for the top 10 months of my 7+ year career. This has been such a wonky year - weeks I feel like I don’t have a job - weeks I’m so busy I can’t breathe - homes sitting on the market for months - homes going UC within days - rates up - rates down - and lots of cold feet clients in between it all. I’m very tired, but very thankful for each & everyone of my clients who have loved and trusted me through it all!! Cheers to the next 5 months of 2026!! 🩷

✨Mark & Blair✨

Sometimes you meet with clients, and you click immediately - that's what happened when I met M & B. A whole 5 minutes in to meeting them I literally looked at Blair and said I love your vibe 🤗 - she gave off so much good juju, was so positive, transparent, and just all the things that makes you want to gravitate to someone. 💜

When I visited their home for the first time, it was very much of a we want to Sell & Buy, but we aren't in a rush.. It'll happen when it happens.. but the excitement of the process overruled. 😂

Over the next few weeks, we looked at several homes & even went Under Contract on a home that ultimately fell through due to some rough inspections. 🏚️ Shortly after we came across a home that was the polar opposite of what we were thinking we wanted.. And guess what.. It was perfect!! ✨After some negotiating, we went Under Contract & got to work..

All while the above was happening, we were getting their home ready to list. We went on the Market after going Under Contract on their new home and got Multiple Offers - we were Under Contract within just a couple of days!! 🙌🏼

The last few months have been a whirlwind! A full rollercoaster of emotions 🎢& lots of moving parts to get everyone to the finish line, but we did it.

I am very late on this story , but here we go!! 🩷

Lexi & I have been Facebook Friends for probably the majority of our adult lives, but we had never met in real life. She was thinking about Selling but didn't know where to start - we got to chatting and scheduled a time for me to come by to see her home. 🏡 We hit it off immediately, 👯‍♀️ and of course the convo got emotional as I understood fully on what it felt like to sell your very first home and wanting the next chapter. 🥺🥹 We both felt we were a great fit, so we came up w/ a timeline to go on the Market & I gave her a honey to-do list, and her & hubs got to work! 💪🏼

Fast forward a couple months and we went Coming Soon! We were just a few days from activating when Brads Pads reached out and said he had a Buyer.. (we are constantly working together - you da best, Bradley Rayfield!) We went back & forth on the offer, but the terms made perfect sense for us. 🙏🏼 We felt like, was this real life? Is this meant to be? We happily accepted the offer and went Under Contract.

We had prepared for things to go south, just in case, but they didn’t!! The next few weeks were a breeze!! ✨ The Buyer was very sweet and she was excited to start her new chapter just as equally as Lex & her family were about starting theirs. We got to the finish line & everyone got their happy ending, well, happy beginning! 🥰🩷

Lexi, you could have chosen anyone to help you with this process, but you chose me, and I will forever be grateful for that. 🤗 Thank you for trusting me to get you to the finish line. I am so happy for you guys and wish you nothing but happiness in your next chapter. xoxo

✨Phil & Carole✨

One of my favorite things about being a Realtor is when my friends trust me with their parents. ❤

Phil & Carole were relocating here from Pennsylvania to be closer to their Daughter & Grandkids. They had lived in their home in PA for the last 30 years, so while they were so excited for this next chapter, the process was bittersweet.🥺

They knew what they wanted, so we only looked at a couple of homes. Of course, the one we chose was in Multiple Offers, so we went BIG. 😬 In fact, we changed our offer like 3x over the course of 2 days to continuously make it stronger. We HAD to have this one, and were willing to do whatever it took to get it.. After my continuous updates, the Seller accepted our offer!!! The tears of joy flowed.. 🥹

The next month was easy breezy - until the week before where we had a hiccup and didn't know if closing was going to happen on time or not. Luckily, the Listing Agent, the Sellers & myself did everything we could to make sure we stayed on track and luckily, it was figured out! 🙌🏼

Last week P & C closed on their new home. They officially get to start their next chapter and get to be closer to family. 🥰
