✨Britt✨

I am several weeks late on congratulating my sweet Buyer but after 2 YEARS she finally closed on her new home! We definitely had some hurdles.. over the last couple of years we made many offers only to be outbid, and we were actually Under Contract last year only for things to fall apart over a failing septic, but all of that led to us finding the perfect place for her to call home!🏡

I want to thank the team behind this one, Shawn Hunt, who worked diligently with Britt over the last 2 years getting her ready to buy her new home, and Louie Amabili who was literally incredible to work with and made this deal smooth as butter. 🧈

Closing was one for the books as we found out the home had been in the family for THREE generations.. 🥹 It was a very special moment.. And to top it off the Seller got several gifts for my Buyer; and she almost cried… the entire process couldn't have been any more perfect!
