After an extensive search for the perfect location, I'm excited to share that we've secured the existing daycare space on Beaver Run. Credits to George Merritt who was working with the landlord in this process. Working together, we navigated the obstacles to ensure my clients got the best space that perfectly suits their needs.

A brand-new diner is on its way to the old Pizza Hut on Mount Hermon Rd! Anticipated opening early 2024, get ready for a delicious addition to our local dining scene.

I recently represented a tenant on the hunt for extra warehouse space in Delmar. Their growing business required an additional location for storage and seamless deliveries, and I'm delighted to report that we found the perfect match.

The building is fully renovated with new flooring, ceiling, panels, base molding & paint. The exterior vinyl and stone veneer was replaced. I had the pleasure of listing a recently renovated, small medical office space initially intended for the owner's personal use. However, due to a change in circumstances, we collectively decided to lease the remaining available area. Our marketing efforts garnered immediate interest, and I'm delighted to share that we've reached an agreement with a local pediatrician who will be relocating their practice to this excellent space.
