One of the things I want to mention. ”Family Friendly” and ”Luxury Apartment Homes » does not mean crime, roaches, police running through the development, smelly, dirty hallways, broken appliances, and garbage everywhere. No signs that children are playing or speed bumps to stop the vehicles from speeding through the development.
Does this sound like a place that is family friendly or luxury?
