Congratulations to Team Leader Wesley Cox on another successful closing in 2026!

A 1.58-acre commercial development site in Delmar, DE has sold for $687,500 and will become the future home of Dunkin' Donuts.

Despite a lengthy process and several challenges along the way, Wes worked closely with all parties to navigate those challenges to bring the transaction across the finish line. This sale also marks the 5th and final lot to be developed within the business park, officially selling out the development.

Another one in the books! Wesley Cox successfully helped his client, the YMCA, sell this property just south of Ocean Pines.

Wesley commented, "The property represents a unique site, prime for a private estate with its 8-acre private pond, after the YMCA determined it could not use the site as they originally intended to do. The property's location was attractive to many interested buyers, and we ultimately found the right one."

Another deal closed!

Wesley Cox sold this A-class office building that has now been converted back to being used as a medical facility. As a strong example of creating goodwill among competitors, listing agent Darrell Walker of Keller Williams brought this property to Wesley to brainstorm for prospects, and Wes subsequently sold it to a client stemming from that one phone call.

The talks of a softening market haven’t been seen here yet. Wesley Cox is proud to have represented the buyer in the acquisition of this 37,900 SF premier industrial facility on 9 acres in Harrington, Delaware.

This was a highly competitive sale that generated multiple offers, ultimately resulting in a successful closing above the original asking price. This a great example of the importance of having an experienced professional on your side that can navigate complex transactions and secure the deal.
