1. Houses are taking a little longer to sell than at this same time last year as DOM (Day's On Market) is up around the board, excluding Stanly County for whatever reason.

2. Although homes are sitting slightly longer, owners are getting more money for their properties as the median sales price is up.

3. As inventory has dramatically risen across counties, we're seeing more people trying to cash-in by putting their homes on the market.
