Be honest. When you’re thinking of buying a house, would you rather a realtor regularly call and email and text to follow up with you? Or would you rather not be bothered, do your own research, and call the realtor yourself when you’re ready?

The reason I ask is that most real estate brokers train their agents to aggressively and incessantly follow up with all “leads.” That’s the way it’s always been done. But, honestly, I think that’s kind of annoying!

I don’t mind genuine follow up, but at a certain point it’s just too much.

What do you think? In my opinion, this house is the ideal Salisbury home for a first-time buyer, a downsizer, or could be used as a great rental. Half an acre lot and part of that is across Lakewood Drive, so there’s a great park-like setting. No city taxes and it’s been well-maintained!

2 beds, 1 bath, and 924 square feet. Inside there’s fresh paint and recently installed flooring. Bathroom was remodeled just 3 years ago. New hybrid gas boiler can be operable with the installation of a propane tank. Outside there’s a paved loop driveway, a 1 car garage, and an outbuilding for extra storage. Roof was installed in 2017.

We cannot wait for this year’s Patty Plop at the Parsonsburg Vol. Fire Company, Inc.! They’re going to have Side Project - Ocean City playing live music, great food (pulled beef, sides, snacks), and tickets for a chance to win a prize IF Rusty poops in the square with your ticket number.

Last year (the first year they’d ever held it!) they raised enough to get much-needed equipment for the firefighters so they could breathe safely. For 2022 their goal is even bigger, literally! The goal is to raise $60K to replace the Hurst equipment. This includes the jaws of life and hydraulics needed to lift a car and save someone in an emergency situation.
