Welcome to Unit 202, our studio unit, and the upstairs lobby, with our brand new passenger elevator and historic freight elevator (possibly the oldest in the state from what we're told.) The freight elevator was frozen in place and encased in glass as a notable historic feature. All the pendant lighting is original to the building and was cleaned up and rewired to illuminate the upstairs hallways. We’re busy prepping for this week’s open house at Alley and Main! Come by and see us Tuesday evening from 5:30-7:30 and take a closer look at our completed restoration project! I had fun this weekend sprucing up the planters for the season, and this entryway shot is just a sneak peek at one of our gorgeous apartments, staged and styled by the wonderful Taylor Ellerbee of !

All hands on deck at Alley and Main so we can meet our Thanksgiving completion date! Lots and lots of painting happening along with fixture and lighting installations. And I can’t wait to rip that protective plastic off of our beautiful quartz countertops! Stay tuned for info on our planned public open house in the first half of December. The finished product has been a long time coming, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

We decided to dress up Hogan’s Alley to go along with the Alley and Main restoration project! It was pretty just in time for the Cheerwine Festival! We hope visitors and residents alike with pause for a game of chess, checkers, or a quiet spot for lunch or an evening ice cream cone!

We sourced these beautiful gates from for our rear entrance into the utility area and the downstairs apartment. The guys are hard at work installing the three salvageable pieces. The fourth will become a trellis in Hogan’s Alley for one of our new planters!
