To all of our tenants,

Weisner Real Estate, Inc would like to make you aware of changes to our office due to Governor Hogan closing non-essential businesses in response to the Covid-19 situation.

We will continue working, however we are closing the doors to our office. You can reach us by phone or email during normal business hours.

Maintenance is still available. Contact the office to schedule a visit, or submit a request through the online Resident Portal. In order to protect you and our staff, we will prioritize urgent repairs.

We encourage you to make your rental payments through the Resident Portal or over the phone. You can drop off checks or money orders in the foyer deposit slot and we will mail a receipt to you.

If you have trouble paying your rent, call the office and we can discuss your options. Weisner Real Estate is a business, but we don’t want anyone to lose their homes in this difficult time.
