Weekly update! Sheesh — we missed last week and we have a lot to catch up on!

Two new listings hit the market: our Charlotte beauty and an in-town antique lovely in Salisbury. The first weekend we held an open house, and I think it must have been the most exciting thing happening in Salisbury ☔. The stream of buyers was seemingly endless. Charlotte has the most amazing pool, and if you scoop her up now, you could be in it by August 😮
