This one was bittersweet. I’ve known Jason and Alpa for several years and listed their home about 4 years ago. They actually lost consciousness for a bit and hired a different Realtor before me that didn’t work out. 😆 We had a couple offers on it but things happened and they decided not to move just yet.

Fast forward to April of this year. They decided it was time for a change and so we put the house on the market. I listed it as a “Coming Soon” while waiting for our in-house professional photographer to do their magic. I thought it would go quickly, but I had no idea we would get multiple “sight unseen” offers and that it would go over list price before we even hit the market! 🤯 Well, I kinda thought it would go over list, but I like to be realistic with my clients and not over-excite them. I’d rather over-deliver than under-deliver.
