Winter is a great time to be a buyer with sellers interested in moving on with less buyers available. The interest rates also came down a quarter-point--not much but every little bit helps. There are beautiful brand new construction condos for sale at reasonable cost on Beach Road in Salisbury or with water views for a much higher price.
