Realtor.com is reporting that October is the best time to buy a home based statistically on 2018-2025 (excluding 2020 due to Covid). The historic national pattern for this week includes 13.3% more active listings than the average week; 30% fewer views per property and median asking price 3.5% below seasonal peak.
