Being a real estate agent allows me to work with a wide scope of people from the community. I appreciate your willingness to consider how my background sets me apart from other Realtors. I have been involved in residential construction, home remodeling and home repair for over 3 decades. In 2007, I acquired my real estate broker license. Combining these skill sets provides a scope of knowledge most real estate agents and brokers don't possess. I feel strongly that my clients benefit immensely in their quest for home sale and home ownership as a result of this combined experience. My introduction to the building trade was right out of high school working for my father (A family owned business) painting waterfront and other exclusive homes: new builds, post construction and historic homes. After providing clients and customers with home remodeling and repair services, I joined my wife in a small family brokerage where she and I were owner/brokers. Since my initial licensing, I have provided the kind of trusted, personal services needed in a real estate transaction. My primary service area is Rowan County NC and Salisbury NC, along with the surrounding communities. I provide the same professional, trusted services for all my clients that my father expected me to provide for his. While he has been gone for many years, I still reflect on the valuable work ethics and respect for people he taught me. I feel these life lessons, along with my combined work experiences allows me to assist customers and clients effectively in the most important financial transaction they will undertake.
