After 47 days this home is under contract. This was my most challenging listing in quite some time. Over the course of the last month and a half we had 18 total showings. The most frustrating part was receiving feedback that reported the price being just right, but geographics were the killer. We can change the price of the home, we can change the condition of the home, but we can't realistically move the home. So the primary reason buyers were not willing to offer was out of our control. But finally my man Greg Johnson with ERA Martin Associates brought us an offer that satisfied all parties. I look forward to bringing this to a close as Greg is always a pleasure to work with. But the real MVP is my seller, Kevin English, THANK YOU!! First for being your choice to handle the sale of your home. Secondly for being a partner in this process, you were spinning your wheels just as hard as I was to figure out the "sweet spot", as it became to be known, in the price that would attract the right buyer.
