Meet Deona Alwine!❤️

Deona is one of our talented Closing Agents and a vibrant part of the Valley Land team. She helps ensure closings go smoothly and brings so much positivity and energy to the office. Her bubbly personality and fun-loving spirit make her a joy to work with, and she always knows how to brighten the day for everyone around her.

Outside of the office, Deona is a plant lover who enjoys adding to her ever-growing collection. She also enjoys online gaming, tattoos, and spending quality time with her husband, Vince, and their son, Dean. When she’s not at home, you can often find her hunting for treasures at Savers, one of her favorite stores. If you’ve ever met Deona, you’ve probably noticed her fun and unique sense of style—she’s known around the office for her cool, creative, and sometimes wonderfully wild outfits!

Deona’s energy, kindness, and authenticity make her such a valued member of our Valley Land family.

My sellers signed earlier this week, however, today, their chapter on Mattox LN is officially CLOSED. While I’m excited for your future plans, I’ll definitely miss having you as neighbors. ❤️

Melva is our accountant and a truly special and versatile member of the team. She works hard behind the scenes entering all of our closing orders and helping keep everything organized and running smoothly. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in and help wherever she is needed. Dependable, hardworking, and always kind and sweet to everyone around her, Melva is such an important part of our Valley Land family.

Outside of the office, Melva enjoys spending quality time with her family and working with her cattle. She also loves good food at local favorite Doe’s Eat Place, and one fun fact about her is that she’s a big fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes!

Meet Brad Allen⚖️

— Co-Owner and Attorney at Valley Land Title Company. Brad is an important part of the Valley Land Title team, using his knowledge and experience to carefully read abstracts and assist customers with their estate planning needs. He takes pride in helping others navigate important decisions with honesty, patience, and care, always making customers feel comfortable and supported along the way.

Brad is known throughout the office for being a wonderful boss, a dependable leader, and someone who is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. His kindness, work ethic, and dedication to both his employees and customers make him a truly valued part of the company and community.

When he’s not at the office, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his family and being out in the hay fields taking care of his cows. Whether he’s working with customers or enjoying life on the farm, Brad brings the same hardworking spirit and caring attitude to everything he does.
