In real estate, you need an agent that will be your ride or die! For me, that means I show up prepared! In this case, that preparation included a metal folding chair. Not because I needed a place to sit, but because I was prepared to jump from the top rope WITH this chair! Really! Mess with my contract terms, we are going to the mat!
