The final chapter of a lengthy process for my clients officially closed yesterday.
Our first conversation last fall was shortly after their father had passed away and they were overwhelmed with how to deal with multiple properties they now owned that were full of personal property and all 2000 miles from where they live.

We started with 2 auctions, lots of cleaning and hauling away, sold one property, and waited on the last to find a new owner.

Happy to help walk these folks through a very difficult and foreign process.
