Another “SOLD” to celebrate! 🏡

After nearly 5 years of searching, waiting and working through every twist and turn along the way, we finally got these sweet buyers to the closing table and into a home they can truly call their own.

This transaction definitely came with a few bumps in the road; delays, setbacks and moments where it would have been easy to get discouraged, but through it all they stayed patient and trusted the process. Watching it all finally come together made this closing incredibly rewarding. I’m so excited for their family to move in and make this house uniquely theirs.

Who doesn't love a happy ending?

Another SOLD to celebrate 🤍

This one was extra special. I tend to gravitate toward the older generation; I find we share a lot of the same values, and I have so much respect for those who’ve truly been around the block.

When this gentleman asked me to represent him, I knew right away I couldn’t say no. He’s a genuinely kind soul who’s been through a lot, and being the one to tell him his property had officially closed, effectively giving him the chance to turn the page to a new chapter, was something I won’t forget.

Moments like that are why I love what I do.

Wishing him all the best in what’s ahead and hoping we get to see him here full-time. Thank you for trusting me with such an important step.
