It might be back to school today so we'll just go ahead and celebrate with another client victory!

I had the opportunity to help both the buyer and seller on this transaction. Originally the buyer was in a back up position hoping things might fall into place for him to be bumped into the #1 position and sure enough, his patience paid off. I'm thankful for the Seller who stuck with it through a failed transaction and finally got to ring the victory bell when this buyer was ready to make things happen.
