Well everyone. It was a real blast. Had a big old turnout tonight. Thank you Baylee Jemison, Natalia Meyerhoffer, Scout Droske, Dyllan Phillips, Kaidan Mickelsen, Jagpreet Singh Ahluwalia and Paden Allen Clancy Fairbanks for coming out tonight. Natalia's Mortgage Whisperer Team answered a whole bunch of questions and it was a real blast.

Couple great key points

1. Understanding non-confirming duplexes and how they can work for you.

2. Once you get above 5 rental properties, it gets more complicated to get a loan.

3. Heloc loans are a great way to raise capital for future investments.

Next month we will be having Kris-e Hallett Snyder be our guest and she will answer all sorts of questions on title, mechanics liens, and such. Excited to see everyone next month.
