We’re excited to welcome Tristan Farrow to the Cowboy Capital team as our newest hire.

Tristan studied Financial Economics at BYU–Idaho and served as President of the BYU–Idaho Real Estate Society.

Tristan’s been an intern with us for the past year and has really proven his value. It’s the same way we learned this business early on, getting in the weeds and understanding it inside and out.

He’s already added serious bandwidth by digging into our property financials and bringing a new level of perspective that’s made a real impact.

Now he’s stepping into:

• Investor updates
• Asset and construction management
• Financials, draws, bids, rent surveys
• Due Diligence on all new Acquisitions

Recap of our site visit to Missoula, MT. and iur 54 unit apartment complex.

When we invest in a market, we make it a priority to understand it inside and out. That’s why we do site visits, not just to check on the property but to build relationships with the people who impact its success. Local lenders, brokers, subcontractors, our foreman, and even city officials all play a role in helping our projects perform.

We walk new build properties or even our comparables, sometimes anonymously as prospective tenants, or we let the property manager know we’re considering new management. Either way, it’s all part of gathering intel.

We look at everything: market rents, new construction coming online, demand trends, and how we can stay ahead of the curve. This is how we operate. Boots on the ground, relationships first, strategy always.

This is how we protect investor capital and create upside.

If you’re curious about investing with us or want to learn how to get into the game, shoot us a message. We’d love to connect.
