I’m over the moon excited for my client. This one took some serious patience and perseverance, and is such a happy story!

The first home I showed Hannah was back in April of 2022. Remember those bidding wars? Well we were outbid back then and Hannah wasn’t in the best position to be competitive in such a market. We pushed pause to better prepare her.

Fast forward to February 2024, and the bidding wars are back. I can’t count how many houses we’ve seen in 6 weeks, many went under contract between scheduling to see the home and actually touring it. Some are going that fast. And even if you have an offer in the mix, you’re up against 10-15 other offers.

When we saw this house, we weren’t going to lose it. We pulled out all the shots and made it happen. The difference this time? Hannah’s financial position and her ability to be competitive.
