The best part of my job. The people & friends I get to work with. Today was a very special day. Grateful to have been invited to join my dear friend along her homeownership journey. My heart is so full to see her realize her dream and her excitement to have a new canvas to call home. Thank you for your trust. It is a true honor. 💫💗🏡

Had a great time touring these at the SLC Parade of Homes with my favorite !

It was inspiring to learn more about Home Aid’s project in SLC. The Other Side Village is based on the idea that housing alone will never solve homelessness, but community will. They will combine permanent housing and a culture of personal growth, support, and connection in their model. One of the builders that is helping create these modular tiny homes also offer modular ADU’s and / or homes for people interested in purchasing / investing.

Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall, City officials and development partners gathered to commemorate the opening of Paperbox Lofts, and with it, the addition of 39 more affordable housing units within Downtown.
