Congratulations to the VAKA family on a job well done with purchasing their very first home. When kathleen told me she wanted to buy a house she also told me that she already told her landlord that they’ll be moving out in 60 days. From the pre approval process to finding this house to the closing table and receiving keys to their brand new house. and I were able to help the Vaka’s get into their home way before that 60 day mark. We were able to negotiate with the builder to pay $14,000 in closing costs and lowered the purchase price. The feeling of seeing your clients but especially their kids get so excited knowing this house will be there’s and they’ll be able to call this place home never gets old. I’ll miss this amazing family in my ward and working with them but I know they’ll love this house and their new community.
