I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately about what’s happening in Utah’s real estate market this spring. As we move through May 2025, it’s clear that the market is staying active and there’s still a lot of interest in both buying and investing.

According to the Utah Association of Realtors, the median home price in Utah is holding steady around $500,000 after the rapid growth we saw in previous years. Demand remains strong—Utah’s population continues to grow, with the state still ranking among the top for annual growth at about 1.2%. Unemployment is low as well, recently reported at 2.8%, which supports a healthy, resilient market.
