We’ve poured slabs for our first two (of 8) buildings in Henderson!

Odyssey Partners LLC is happy to announce this new project that we're partnering with LM Construction in Henderson. We've now broken ground. This is going to be 8 separate buildings of 40,000+ sf each--a great option for owner-users to buy, or potentially 1031 buyers.

The first two buildings are expected to complete in January 2024.

Interior design meeting for the Elko Institute for Academic Achievement (EIAA). Odyssey Partners has been hired to help this charter school develop a new building.

We’re getting close to completing the Siempre Event Center on the South Mountain golf course in Draper. We have 46 events booked so far. The views must be experienced.
