I specialize in the Salt Lake Valley and portions of Utah County. Originally a southern gal, I landed in Utah in 1991. I fell in love with all the outdoor activity opportunities. Fall is my favorite time of year because of the beautiful colors that spread across our mountains. I appreciate the importance an investment in home ownership plays in feeling secure in today’s world. I reside in Sandy currently, but lived in Draper where we raised our family. I specialize in the Salt Lake Valley and portions of Utah County that are quickly growing due to Utah’s strong economic growth. From first time home buyers to empty nesters, I pride myself on my attention to detail and working diligently to meet your needs. Business Philosophy and Working Style

It is my job to provide my clients with accurate and timely information whether they are listing their home or purchasing one. Working directly with clients is something I feel strongly about. They will receive my personal attention from beginning to the end of their transaction. I care deeply about people, and that sensitivity and compassion are only a few of my strengths as a Realtor. I surround myself with a team of professionals who have the same work ethics, which is essential in giving my clients the quality customer service they deserve. I am actively involved with the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® where I served as a Director on the board 2011-2015. I love learning as well as teaching others. That is why I regularly attend certified classes to keep current on issues that impact our industry. I have achieved my GRI designation, Graduate, REALTOR Institute and my CRS designation, Council of Residential Specialists. It is my goal to strive to give my best to my clients, continue to grow professionally and continue to enjoy the challenges and rewards each day brings. Vivi is looking for a home through CAWS! This stunning 2-year-old Boston Terrier mix weighs about 30 pounds.

If you’re looking for a dog who wants to be your constant companion, Vivi is your girl. She is incredibly affectionate and happiest when she’s curled up in your lap or by your side. Her loyalty runs deep, and she forms strong bonds with her people.

Vivi is also young, playful, and full of life. She enjoys playing with other dogs, loves staying active, and thrives when she gets regular exercise and enrichment. Like many young dogs, she’s still working through her “chewy” phase, so she’ll benefit from continued training, structure, and plenty of appropriate outlets for her energy.

Because Vivi loves her people so much, she can sometimes be a little possessive of their attention. She’ll need an adopter who can provide consistent guidance and help her build confidence and good manners. While she can do well with some dogs, she tends to get along best with dogs her size or larger. Ultimately, Vivi would likely thrive as the only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself.
