Sometimes real estate is more than buying and selling homes. Sometimes, as is the case with this home, it is a family that lost a loved one and they want the home to go to the right family. When I called the seller and let her know her brother’s home was going to a family that had the same interests and hobbies as he did and not an investor, we both cried. Transactions like these make everything worth it.
