So uh, I don’t think I ever posted these, because if you haven’t gotten it by now, I’m a social media slacker 😅🤷‍♀️. Here are my last two listings closed!! Both clients were such a joy to work with ☺️ Also, I’ve got another listing under contract and have two active buyers looking before the market gets craaazzyy! Whaaat?!?! Two posts in two days?! Look at me go 😎😎 lol!
Here’s another beautiful home for an awesome buyer that closed earlier this month. After seeing the home 3 times, it was the first offer we submitted and it was chosen!! The timing couldn’t be more perfect, since my client was hoping to have a new home for her youngest son to return to from his LDS mission in December. The transaction had a few curveballs, but we sailed through and now my buyer has a home to celebrate the holidays with all seven children and their families. 😊
Although Thanksgiving has already passed, I still want to express my gratitude of my wonderful clients who trust me on the journey and the teams I work with to make these dreams come true. Thank you!!!! ❤️

Closed!!! Back in the first of October, but hey, in my defense I’ve already explained to y’all how I am with social media, and lately I’ve got a million things going on 🤣 But! Still want to share with ya! This home went under contract within 3 days, and after needing to go with a backup offer, my client was incredibly happy to have had her investment pay off! Walking away with nearly 3x’s the amount she paid for it 10 years ago, she now feels the freedom to be able to travel and take care of her family. Love how each transaction comes with a story, and especially love seeing my clients satisfied. ☺️ Tell me your story, I’d love to help be a part of the next chapter of it!

It’s been two weeks since these adorable clients moved into their new home ☺️ after a long three month search and about 30 offers, both of us had to pinch ourselves to make sure it was real!! Lol! Also, I love seeing families help each other because the sister was willing to help the other and her growing family by co-signing on the loan. There are always options, and couldn’t be happier for them!! 🥲❤️

This one was actually back in May, did I mention I’m bad with social media? 😆
This one was a last resort for a young couple that had been affected pretty badly by Covid and had their first baby in the thick of it. We had tried a few different options, but it didn’t look like it was going to work out. They decided unless they can get something now, they’ll have to sign a lease. They were able to get a co-signer, and this condo happened to be the first one we threw an offer on. We didn’t get it. 😔 however lo and behold two weeks later, the buyer backed out and we were next on the list!!!
I was so overjoyed for them as I had known the emotional rollercoaster they had been on. They are now settled into their first little home that is the perfect location for them and their adorable son.
Moral of the story- never lose hope!! 😁

Another happy homeowner!!! I’m overjoyed we were able to get my client and his family this adorable home in West Jordan. It took a lot of work and countless offers all the while him being out of Chicago, but eventually we were able to snag what he now can call his first home. He also has a baby boy on the way that is due in a few weeks that he now has a house to bring him home to!! Just in time! That’s what I love about my job the most is the story that each client has and being able to help start a new exciting chapter.
